I dread potluck dinners!

It is just so much pressure to take something delicious, attractive, and easy–not to mention Pinterest-worthy!

But I do have a few go-to dishes that I don’t have to sneak in or take in an unmarked casserole dish!

Fruit Dip

Take an 8 ounce package of cream cheese and mix it with a jar of marshmallow cream for a delicious fruit dip that can be served with sliced apples, or strawberries, or any fruit you have on hand.

Fresh Fruit

Speaking of fruit, it is always a hit! Slice some watermelon or take a bunch of grapes. Kids love this healthy finger food on the potluck table!

Quick Grab

If you are in a real crunch for time, rely on chips and dip. Pour a jar of salsa into a dish, or scoop some dip into one of your own dishes to make it your own!

Above all, don’t fall into the trap of trying to measure up.

You don’t have to work all day in order to earn the right to fellowship over potluck.

Grab a bag of chips and some French onion dip and breeze in with a relaxed smile on your face and enjoy your friends.

Let someone else earn the blue ribbon for best dish!
